SCOTT HOWER, chairman

Scott  Hower is a 1986 graduate of the Air Force Academy and a retired Air Force officer.  As owner and CEO of Peak Space Solutions,  a consulting firm to the Department of Defense (DOD) and National Reconnaissance Office, he provides expertise in space operations, policy, and strategy.  Scott has extensive leadership experience and vast DOD operations background in leading multi-billion dollar space operations programs and multi-million dollar space test activities.

Tony  Little is a native of Amityville, New York and served in the United States Airforce as an Intelligence Operations Specialist for 24 years before retiring in October 2006.  Currently, Tony serves as a Program Manager and Government Special Access Program Officer at Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Outside of day-to-day responsibilities as an Air Force Officer,  Coach Tony has demonstrated a genuine commitment to uplifting youth through sport.

christine matheny, secretary & treasurer

Christine Matheny has called Colorado Springs her home since 2007. She is a master-level, team-oriented, project manager and technical writer who balances a love of data-driven results with a sincere desire to help those in need.  She is a highly skilled writer and editor with more than 20 years of experience in a variety of business sectors (both private and non-profit) and modalities including curriculum development, grants, and contracts.  Christine successfully writes and manages grants of all sizes and types. 



Born and raised in Southeast Colorado Springs, Colorado, Terrell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. In college, Terrell was a member of the basketball team and spent his free time mentoring children in the community.
